We as human beings have a constant body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, beside the high and low peak that our temperature reaches in the afternoon and at 5 am. Sleeping in a cold room can help with stress since the fall in your body temperature, decreases the stress hormone. Not only that but for those that are on a diet and are looking to lose some weight, sleeping in a cold room is advisable since it burns calories. Well, now my wife has a scientific reason to keep the air conditioner on at 20 degrees Celsius and have a good rest, while I still have to adapt to that.
